STEP 1
 PREP ROOF - Debris Removal

  • First the old gravel is removed and re-used elswhere.
  • Roof is then swept to remove any remaining dust or debris
  • If rot exists repairs are easy & adding new vents is also easy.
  • A Huge advantage is that we keep debris out of the Landfills.
  • Roof removal and disposal is the #2 producer of solid waste in our landfills

STEP 2

Reinforcing fabric is applied to all Flashings, Vents, HVACS etc

  • No need to shut down building by shutting off gas/elec lines
  • We Seal around HVACs, old flashings, gas & electrical lines with InstaCoat
  • No need to remove or replace flashings as we rustproof them by spraying over top of them

APPLY SPRAY-RUBBER
InstaCoat is a solvent free spray-applied rubber. The pump and the rubber stay on the ground.

  • InstaCoat drums (55 gal) also remain on the ground which eliminates costly cranes. Totes (250 gal) are used for large jobs
  • InstaCoat Spray rubber sets up instantly so you can spray vertical surfaces. The rubber fully cures in a few days
